What's the conference about?

More than 300 International Offices in 15 countries worldwide are using moveon for the management of their international relations and activities. This corresponds to 1,500 users who rely on moveon every day, as well as 100,000 students worldwide, whose data are being processed through moveon. The latest version moveon 3.0 was released in autumn 2008.
Taking stock of moveon 3.0
During last year’s conference in Madrid, we introduced and presented moveon 3.0 for the first time and delivered a prospect of the upcoming upgrade to the new version. In the meantime, many user institutions are already working with version 3.0 and we would like to use the time in Stockholm to take stock of the current situation and developments made since last year’s conference. It is therefore the main focus of the moveon Conference 2009 to review and assess users’ experiences made with moveon 3.0 so far and to discuss, how the new version can contribute to the optimization of essential workflows and processes in the International Office.

The moveon Conference offers you the opportunity to meet colleagues from all countries in which moveon is currently being used. For those of you already working with moveon, you can take the opportunity to discuss your experiences and questions with other moveon users and the unisolution team.
The Pre-Conference programme consist of a workshop especially designed for non-users and newcomers who would like to receive a comprehensive introduction to the concept and key features of moveon. Users are invited to the moveon user tutorials, the latest addition to this year’s Pre-Conference programme.
We are expecting more than 200 managers and staff members of International Offices from across Europe to attend the moveon Conference 2009.
